As just a young girl who went to India with only one child because she loved its food, Sahviji never imagined that she was about to have an immense spiritual awakening when she immersed herself in the Ganges River to leave there all her past pain and trauma as well as the oath she made to keep her heart open and reach the state of grace.

The spiritual leader based at the Parmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh, northern India, comes from that sacred sanctuary to San Miguel to give an enlightening talk that will bring all the blessings and sacred teachings of that blessed place to our doorsteps.
The event will take place as Sadhviji's only presentation within the Yoga & Wellness Festival on April 20th at the Yoga Devanand Cultural Center at 5 pm in a healing talk that we are sure will illuminate our hearts and cease the relentless and incessant questioning of our recriminatory mind so that we too can enter a state of peace.

This initiative stems from the awareness of Alejandro Trejo They wanted to bring this spiritual awakening to San Miguel de Allende, free of charge. In this, its tenth edition, they will spend a couple of days at the Hotel Real de Minas and the final days at the aforementioned Yoga Cultural Center.
In addition to the inspiring talk by Sadhviji, who is the guru of the ashram that Alejandro Trejo usually visits in India, there will be activities in the days prior such as yoga, sound healing, numerology and ice immersion.

But that's not all, from April 17th to 20th the Wellness Week in which a series of hotels, spas, meditation centers and hot springs will come together within a directory created by Trejo with discounts or free activities such as treatments for anyone who wants to learn about this fascinating world of body and spiritual self-care.
Another highlight worth mentioning is the dinner they are organizing entitled “Senses” which, as its name indicates, will be focused on awakening all our senses with the aromas, textures and flavors of the food as well as the view provided by the beautiful San Miguel from the heights of the Rooftop Fátima 7 of the Hotel Casa Blanca.

For the auditory aspect, it will be complemented by the musical gift of artists who will play the gong and Tibetan singing bowls, thus elevating all listeners who are part of such a high experience.
