LOCAL CONNECT #25 AND The Freedom of Spiritual Life by FERI ROJAS

We nourish our bodies with exercise Like tennis or soccer, we nourish our minds with activities like going to the movies or reading, but the great forgotten part of this nutrition is the soul, which is often the one we neglect the most, and that is what causes us to vibrate at a low frequency.

That question that sometimes arises in our being of "What else?" after having become accustomed to an adult life routine where responsibilities such as work and parenthood can often be overwhelming can be answered by going to Feri Rojas who specializes in seeking spiritual paths to connect us with love.

Where Feri begins is by studying the frequency of both our mind and our heart when they are functioning and beating all the time. This is how she notes the way our frequency vibrates and whether we are in high or low tuning.

With the energy of our body, we are able to manifest the life we have because if our inner world is at peace, then we reflect it on the outside and attract great blessings.

When this balance does not exist, Feri intervenes with different holistic tools so that you can elevate your harmony and achieve a balanced life, and it is with this same objective in mind that her project "Awake in Love” which is dedicated to generating holistic ceremonies and events with the aim of improving your life.

The next awakening is scheduled in our beautiful San Miguel for the weekend of July 17-19 and is titled "Summer Camp" which, as its name indicates, is NOT a spiritual retreat but simply seeks to be a summer camp focused on adults looking to rest from their routines and return to the relaxation and fun of childhood.

A relaxing weekend at a beautiful sanctuary called Águila Real, just 20 minutes from San Miguel, featuring a beautiful bio-pool, temazcal, ashram, and community garden.

That feeling of being able to camp in the forest in tents will return, or if you prefer something more "comfortable," they also offer glamping options as well as cabin rentals.

They will also feature a writing workshop with renowned author and journalist Ana Islas, as well as a party with a DJ, marking a truly eclectic weekend.

For Feri, spirituality does not come from rigidity or from going to India or the Himalayas to meditate in an Ashram, but from being able to implement the spiritual tools that she teaches to vibrate in love and transmit that in everyday life.

Another beautiful and special activation will take place in Tepoztlán, dedicated to pregnant women. The spiritual guide knows how important the transition from motherhood is and wants to provide support to all women in this stage, offering her unconditional support.

This sisterhood stems from Feri's spiritual origins a decade ago, when she suffered a profound loss in her family, which made her rethink her life. She no longer wanted to continue living a meaningless, routine life, but rather dedicated herself to nourishing her soul and giving others the tools they need to make this human life more bearable and loving.

Through devotional yoga practices such as kirtan, which consists of the repetition and chanting of sacred mantras, Feri offers the opportunity to transcend this consciousness and make us understand once and for all that we are spirit and that we are love and that we are blessed for it.
