What is The Pilgrimage?
I think we can already call it a festival. There are talks and workshops, music and exhibitors of food, jewelry, clothing, art, decoration, drinks and experiences such as tarot readings by the incredible Melek or, in this winter edition, the premiere of the Escuelita exprés de dudas sexuales by Flor de A flor de piel.

This is ours 8th edition. We have completed 2 years of having resumed the project.
What are the highlights?
The terrorista del sabor (Col.) comes to this edition to present a DJ set and her live set. Artists from the local and national scene such as Dee Dub, Mermaid Alchemist, Ofer Selekta and DJ Christabelle also participate.

Veggie and vegan food. Cured meats from the Sierra de Guanajuato. Herbal medicine from Morelos.
What is the background?
We started more than 10 years ago at La Cámara, a space for contemporary action. At that time, the project was co-created by Luc Monzies and there were weekly editions, every Tuesday at the plaza.

Two years ago we took up the project again, making it vegetarian and vegan, creating an edition every time the season changes.
Who inspires you?
The vegan festivals in Mexico City look amazing, although I only physically attended one, which was a big inspiration for La Romería. That festival I went to no longer exists, but it was small and had very powerful talks and speakers.
The queer scene in Buenos Aires and its surroundings is rebellious and defiant.
The union of a vegan/queer/cannabis proposal is not something we have experienced before and we love doing it through La Romería.

Who are we?
Lavanda Aldea Holística is a space for relaxation and reconnection with nature on the slopes of the Picachos. It has a SPA/cabins/camping and a restaurant, vegetarian on the occasion of La Romería <3
Alessandro Alviani and Fernando Ando from Showroom San Miguel co-produce on logistics and general organization. Constanza Peña from Dulce Ritual has been with us for several editions, pampering our artists with her delicious food and drink.
Myrna from Local SMA has been with us since the third edition, allowing us to exist beyond our social networks.
Marian Garcés Torres, in the company of all these people and her mother - whom she calls the greatest oracle of the project - directs and produces this cruelty-free, exploitation-free, queer and cannabis-free project.
