Taking a more educational approach, the genius bakers at Panio chose to adapt their Panio Lab format to the curiosity of children so they could learn more about the world of baking. 

All this will be achieved through a bread making workshop where the steps of the process will be studied and put into practice, such as identifying the grain, the mill, the sourdough, making the batter to finally obtain the delicious bread. The workshop is aimed at children between 8-14 years old and adult supervision is required, in addition to having a cost of $750 per child.
