Our lands are blessed and fertile with the vine, a plant that produces one of the most acclaimed beverages globally and has inspired poets with its finest creations for centuries.

We are talking about nothing less than intoxicating wine and if there is one thing it can boast about Saint Michael Our local wines are gaining fame day by day, as is the amazing beauty of our vineyards.
We start with Two Owls Located at the base of the Picacho Mountains, their wines are a beautiful expression of the region's terroir, whose 2,000-meter altitude has helped them create the finest wines for four generations at this family winery.
Their philosophy emphasizes minimal intervention and the quality of their products, earning them significant recognition, such as the recent medals awarded by Brussels and Los Angeles to their 2020 Tempranillo Gran Reserva and their Sauvignon Blanc.
With the motto "From the earth to the heart", it is that San Miguel Vineyard stands out as one of our favorites for having dedicated himself to searching for the best lands in the region for this magical crop.
Just 15 minutes from San Miguel, it is considered the largest winery in the entire state and stands out for its beautiful facilities, where they often offer tours to groups, as well as for their dedication to each bunch of grapes they harvest, giving rise to labels such as Blend, Blend Reserva, and Piedra de Oro.
They even have a laboratory to experiment with new creations!
Now leaving the conventional and entering the spectacular terrain is what arrives San Lucas Vineyards which is part of the experience of a wonderful boutique hotel surrounded by hectares of beautiful green areas of nature.
With a vineyard converted into a restaurant, visiting this place is equivalent to a sensorial dance with its labels while you coexist with nature and modern rustic architecture of the finest taste.
We especially recommend their Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva “La Santísima Trinidad” as well as their White Blend from Viñedos San Francisco.
An organic 100% vineyard is what characterizes Toyan Vineyard with a history that blossoms glass by glass, being founded in 1995, thus becoming one of the oldest vineyards in San Miguel de Allende.
Its medieval construction guards one of the most important wine treasures in all of Mexico, boasting one of the deepest underground cellars in the country, from whose depths come some of the most exclusive labels.
Wine lovers can't stop praising the creations of Three Roots with its already famous red wine as well as its Nebbiolo-Sangiovese that attracts a horde of admirers.
Another highlight of this magnificent site is that they offer workshops like the “Winemaker for a Day” program, where you can make your own bottle of wine after assembling your own blends, bottling, and labeling your creation, which you can take home.
