Without storytelling, nothing would exist, and San Miguel would not be possible without the stories that its incredible women weave on their loom full of magic and inspiration.
Based on that premise, Nancy, Ann, Katharine, and Julie decided to embark on a new project that would not only empower women but also connect incredible women from San Miguel whose destinies might not otherwise have intertwined.
That is why when Myrna Camacho received the invitation from San Miguel Life to be part of the first edition of San Miguel Women She accepted with excitement, eager to connect with other women who are writing the history of our city every day.
What was a warm February night began with a circle of women who shared their stories and how each one, from her own perspective, has contributed to making this the best city in the world.
Some had known each other for years, others were meeting for the first time; some were millennials and others senior citizens; some spoke Spanish and others English. But what they all had in common was the destiny that brought them to this community that continues to grow with its projects.
Notable guests such as Sandra Vázquez, co-founder of Panio, or Ann Dolan of San Miguel Life They lived together in the magical night where the extraordinary group of women were able to share ideas that will surely become opportunities for the growth of all.
A night that served as a reminder that San Miguel is a story that is still being written and that our book of life has many exciting chapters and volumes yet to come….
