Pre-Hispanic Goddesses: The Rebirth of our Roots

Pre-Hispanic Goddesses: The Rebirth of our Roots

We have become so immersed in globalization that we barely seem to remember our Pre-Hispanic origins or the immense pride we should feel in our Mexican heritage.

Inspired by this conviction—and by the desire to empower Mexican identity—entrepreneur Aída Molina, founder, created this extraordinary project as a tribute to our beautiful brown skin, a source of pride and one of humanity's most beautiful expressions.

On July 11 at 11:00 a.m., Ciudad Maderas will host an extraordinary fashion show where seven designers pay homage to our origins and celebrate our ancestral heritage.

The days when people suffered discrimination because of their roots are behind us. Today, this artistic celebration serves as a powerful way to uplift the Mexican people through the richness of our Pre-Hispanic mythology.

Goddesses such as Coatlicue, the Mother of the Gods; the mysterious moon goddess Coyolxauhqui, whose graceful fingers seem to weave the threads of Mexican designers' creations; the water goddess Chalchiuhtlicue, whose profound depths inspire art to flow through everyone who experiences these fashion collections; and the powerful Ixchel, who heals the hearts of Mexicans whose beauty and heritage have too often gone unrecognized until now.

This open-air immersive production brings together fashion, music, gastronomy, and culture in a setting designed to awaken our deepest senses and reconnect us with our ancestral roots.

More than a fashion show, this will be an immersive experience in which these powerful goddesses reclaim the meaning of womanhood in contemporary Mexican society, reminding us never to forget our sacred essence, the power that comes with it, and the magic and wisdom inherited from our very nature.

Respect for identity, pride in being Mexican, and a message of inclusion will define this remarkable initiative. Attending the event will be easier than ever thanks to ETN, which is offering a special luxury fare for travelers journeying from Querétaro to San Miguel.

The time has come to join hands as sisters and rediscover our sacred feminine through Mexican fashion and the spirit of universal sisterhood.
