María Magdalenos Davalos de Bracamontes y Orozco, who was the Countess of Miravalle in the 18th century and who granted her noble title to what is now known as one of the most artistic neighborhoods in Mexico City, is what inspired mixologist Javier Guerrero to create one of the flagship drinks of Bar Bachus.

CONDESA BAR BACHUS LET’S MAKE

And it is not surprising that this sanctuary of good drinking has drinks of such caliber, especially this one that has pinkish/orange tints and results in a fun drink that encourages playfulness and creativity.

Based on the Mexican brand Ginebra Condesa, whose production is inspired by the biodiversity and traditions of Mexico, the drink is a perfect combination of sweet and citrus, leaving a distinctive touch of grapefruit on your taste buds.

INGREDIENTS

-2 oz. Classic Countess Gin
-1 oz. Natural Lychee
-10 ml. of Grenadine
-Edible flower

-1 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
-15 ml. of grapefruit juice
-Lychee Skewer

Making it is a lot of fun and simply consists of shaking all the ingredients to add a beautiful edible flower as a garnish and thus revive the remarkable spirit of La Condesa for San Miguel in an artistic conjunction typical of the world of mixology.
