GALLERY WEEKEND: A walk through the latest in SMA galleries

The weekend is here! That precious moment when we can, to a greater or lesser extent, forget about work and routine, to disconnect and connect with ourselves and with those who matter to us: family, friends, partner... These are days to take advantage of every hour and live in the present, from breakfast to bedtime.

With this in mind, we have a great plan for you to soak up the art while you walk through the streets of San Miguel. As you probably already know, SMA is a city where you can breathe history, art and creativity on every corner, so there is always something new to see and appreciate.

This is our selection of galleries that you have to visit on your next visit or this weekend if you are from here.

Zoho Gallery

This space located within the La Aurora Factory The ContemPLATO exhibition by artist Edna Dickinson has just opened, with the third series of her ceramic pieces made using the Raku technique. It is very interesting to observe the conjunction of the artist's abstraction with a technique as traditional as Raku, which originated in 16th century Japan and became one of the most widely used pottery methods in the eastern country.
