FOREVER ALONE

When the stimuli are too strong, the noise of people hurts you and the bombardment of stimuli on social networks overwhelms you, it is a clear indicator that you have to distance yourself in order to be in the best company: yourself.

And although it may seem difficult to separate yourself from this suffocating society that is always demanding and following other rhythms that are not yours, there are certain hidden corners where you can enjoy exquisite solitude.

Your spirit is now at rest, but you must not neglect your body in this voluntary seclusion. You can immerse yourself in a spiritual baptism in the Hot Springs in San Miguel and float face up while you feel the lightness of your being and the inconsequential nature of the world and your problems. Nothing matters if we learn to float and detach ourselves from such mundane concerns.

If you are not yet ready to re-emerge before the frivolous world, we recommend taking a boat and, like a poet and the sea, drifting along the Allende Dam. Take all the time possible to contemplate the sunset of a world that is constantly being created and destroyed.

Unfortunately, society is a necessary evil to survive in this life and eventually the zero contact must be broken. So that the reality check is not so abrupt, we recommend facing it with the help of the dopamine that a good vanilla ice cream from Las Monjas will provide to your brain.

Blessed solitude, if only I could find someone to share it with…
