Lovers of good food can now celebrate as the country's most important gastronomic event returns for its second edition after the success it had last year at its debut in San Miguel de Allende.
The formidable culinary project Millesime GNP Weekend returns to surprise us with the creations of 20 transcendental Chefs who will honor us by sharing their unique vision at the time of preparing and tasting food.

Thanks to the success of the first time, it is possible to expand this project, which is not only limited to the fascinating world of cooking but also extends to other forms of art such as fashion, art and the incredible luxury of boutique hotels that have brought so much fame to San Miguel.

The format of “High Altitude Dinners” returns to put the name of San Miguel as a gastronomic destination in style, which will take place on the Rooftops of Casablanca 7 Hotel and the Hotel Casa 1810 Park.
These events will begin with an eloquent cocktail to enjoy the city's stunning sunsets at the expense of the host chef and the premium version offered by Cuervo, after which at dusk, diners will move to the restaurant where they will enjoy a 6-course dinner with its sumptuous pairing.
Standing out from the distinguished ranks of guest chefs are Lucía Freytas, winner of a Michelin star and head of her restaurant A Tafona in Santiago de Compostela, and Chef Carlos Gaytán of the Tzuco restaurant in Chicago, who prides himself on fusing techniques from French and Mexican cuisine.

On the other hand, Chef Rodrigo de la Calle will show us why he is proclaimed “the domesticator of vegetables” by cultivating the most exquisite varieties in his own greenhouse and Executive Chef Diego Oka from the kitchens of La Mar de Gaston Acurio will show us the heart of Peruvian food.

Make room to delight yourself with the variety of proposals that the Chefs will bring to you from May 25 to 28, where the main venue will take place at the Rosewood Hotel, where you will also be able to learn more about the world of mixology and interact with the Chefs firsthand.
Millesime is the great happening that brings together the best that international cuisine has to offer and its journey is undoubtedly tireless as it improves with each edition. We are over the moon and have an insatiable appetite to experience for our own taste buds what this event will bring to our precious city.
