At Calle Relox No. 18 in the Center, just 15-20 steps from the Garden, you will find Twelve 18 Concept House, in what was the legendary Cohen House. Upon entering the building you can perceive the restoration and restructuring of the interior of this venue, which manages to converge historical value with contemporary decoration. The people in charge of creating this space are Roy and Sally Azar, a great duo of talent and owners. Roy, the architect. Sally, the designer. They create a reference point in the city, where their concept fuses the latest trends in fashion, design, art, gastronomy and hospitality.

On April 16, 2020, they celebrated their 4th anniversary.

Dôce 18 Concept House, spans from number 12 to 18 Relox, hence its name. Full of proposals such as The Collection with a selection of jewelry, fashion, embroidery, hats, glasses… brands, another gastronomic proposal that we love is in The Kitchen, a 'food hall' of fast food options with a gourmet style and within this space you can also enjoy a cocktail at The Bar. In the central courtyard is The Dining Room with an intimate and tasteful atmosphere with Oli Tapas by Chef Vicente Torres. Something you can't miss if you're in this incredible house is the Tasting Room of Casa Dragones, a super intimate bar to taste tequila and exclusive cocktails, with only six seats in an atmosphere made using obsidian with 4,000 mosaics that adorn the walls and ceiling.
