Da Vinci in San Miguel

Seeing a painting by Leonardo Da Vinci for the first time is something that leaves you in awe and just as we had the opportunity to witness such art in London, it is now that everything Saint Michael you will be able to immerse yourself in the immersive experience of the greatest of creative geniuses.

Da Vinci

There is something about the colonial charm of San Miguel, something like its beautiful architecture and its colorimetry of pinkish and golden tones that makes knowing the work of such a famous figure feel very coherent and organic.

The exhibition, spread over four rooms and held at the Convent of San Francisco, will be a tour of Leonardo's most significant pieces, whose curiosity broke all moulds in antiquity and which continues to surprise us today.

Replicas of floating flying machines called “ornithopters” by the author, a bust of the wise man, sketches of human anatomy, a representation of Homo Universalis through a play of lights and of course replicas of his mysterious paintings such as the Mona Lisa will be part of this immersive experience.

Other paintings projected there will be the always intriguing and worthy of deep analysis "The Last Supper" by patiently pausing to interpret the meaning of each of its elements such as that mysterious hand with a knife that could imply the next betrayal that Jesus was about to suffer.

Likewise, what appears to be a bicycle and a sailboat with wheels and are usually attributed to his inventiveness in the Atlantic Codex will also be found in the exhibition that will be on display from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will be enjoyed by all those who admired the Italian.
