A summer this hot calls for measures to cool it down and make it more pleasant, and the Levain & Co family knows this perfectly well, which is why they decided to create a temporary innovation that will be an on-going event for two weeks (from June 23 to July 9).
Such innovation has a name and surname and is called “Cumpanio al Fresco” and as the name suggests, it will be a renovation for the restaurant Cumpanio who will rise to the heights of the land of House of Olives Hotel to enjoy a menu that will bring all the freshness to our summer.

The menu selection includes:
Appetizers, salads, pizza and grill
Standing out among these exquisite options is the fig pizza with Serrano ham and goat cheese as the main dish, as well as in the grill section a grilled New York with chimichurri, green leaves and asparagus.

But please excuse our gluttony by going straight to the main course without first mentioning the starter options such as the exquisite chocolate clam or the refreshing Nicoise salads or the beetroot variant with citrus and jocoque.
And now we can finish off the natural order with the dessert options, where we will undoubtedly devour the sourdough pastries accompanied by the always successful homemade vanilla ice cream in this heat.

Cumpanio al fresco lives up to its name inspired by the pictorial technique, adding layers and layers of good taste, art, design and gastronomy to what will undoubtedly be the happening of the summer in San Miguel de Allende on the terrace at Calle de Correo #30 Col. Centro.
