Millesime conquers the palates of San Miguel

There is only one week left for San Miguel de Allende to celebrate the arrival of the new edition of Millesime, which for the first time will change its headquarters in Mexico City to our magical city.

For those who are not familiar with the concept of Millesime, it is a gastronomic concept that has sought since 2007 to be the pretext to bring together the country's leaders and strengthen ties between the most important companies in our country.

Implemented in Spain, Brazil and Mexico, this time Millesime will bring together the best chefs of San Miguel with international culinary figures. This way, we will be able to delight in the magic of food with accents from local chef Marcela Bolaños and, on the other hand, experience the flavor of Jewish cuisine with chef Tomás Kalika.

A tent with 1,800m2 of pure sensory delight will be built to sample the best of all kinds of food, so we recommend not coming without breakfast and wanting to have a good time, as there will be live music and luxury guests.

As if this were not enough, 12 chefs will be cooking in real time in the Garden of the Rosewood Hotel and for lovers of pairing, their exquisite dishes will be accompanied by cocktails with premium distilled Tequila Don Julio.

The happening of the weekend of May 26-29 will not be limited to a single location or altitude, as many of the best terraces in San Miguel will be open to the public to enjoy “High Altitude Dinners” where chef Ricardo Sanz and his Japanese-Mediterranean fusion food will be waiting for you at your table with a 6-course dinner.

There are only a few days left and few tickets left, so we suggest you get yours before your mouth starts watering.
