Kôuyīn was born as an idea during a trip that Chef Marcela Bolaño and her partner and business associate Ximena Campomanes made through different Asian countries. The vibrant encounter with the textures, colors and flavors from the other side of the world awakened their curiosity and desire to explore their own Asian menu, which after months of effort and preparation resulted in this new restaurant that reinterprets Asian cuisine as it had never been tried before in San Miguel. Our recommendation is that you stop by on Thursdays starting at 6 pm, which is when local superstar DJ Martha does her thing every week with a selection of music that will make you forget about the stress of routine.
