April's house of the month: NOMAD HOUSE

There is no doubt that the city of San Miguel de Allende is classified as one of the most sought-after places to live and after being declared on countless occasions by prestigious specialized media as the best small city in the world for its high quality of life, who wouldn't want to live here?

In order to make the search for housing easier for those looking to build a home on our precious land, we decided to create a new section in which, month by month, we will select a property whose characteristics stand out from the rest of the other homes.

To offer quality options in our mission, we decided to collaborate with the legendary real estate firm Coldwell Banker who since 1906 have stood out for their excellence in real estate services, making San Miguel one of the places where they do not need an introduction.

So we present to you the house of the month of April; Nomad House which, just by looking at it briefly, we can assure that it is unique in the world with an aesthetic worthy of being a film location or the home of a sophisticated character who likes two-story windows and spacious rooms.

Privacy lovers looking to get away from the bustling Historic Center will find in Casa Nómada a refuge to enjoy a peaceful tranquility that will undoubtedly inspire creative expressions thanks to its privileged location located 5 minutes from the city within Candelaria, the most prestigious rural development in San Miguel.

The nature of the exterior converges in dialectical harmony with the interior, as both worlds are organically connected without any disruption that seems unnatural. The design of the property makes it flow with nature as if it were a space that could only remain at this point.

Casa Nómada imposes absolute respect for nature as well as admiration for the design of the multi-award-winning architect Mario López who with this project manages to create a luxurious lifestyle that manages to create a sustainable home.

As soon as you enter this house facing the forest, you perceive an atmosphere of absolute luminosity that changes throughout the day; the dazzling whiteness of the rocks of Mineral de Pozos takes on an orange hue as the sun illuminates it with its dazzling rays as it rises regally over the Picacho mountains, thus offering a view like no other.

The open road leading to the property sets the tone for a xerophilous garden or one with plants that are prone to survive in arid climates. Likewise, the property's boundaries are bordered by vineyards on its southern and western borders, suggesting the fertility that exists in this region.

If your dream has ever been to be able to plant a vineyard, this sumptuous home will give you that magnificent opportunity on its more than 1.9 free hectares that comprise the property.

Just imagine being able to have a romantic dinner drinking the wines that you so eagerly await to share in your future new home!

Two pavilions divide Casa Nómada: the main one with the living room, dining room and living room on polished black marble and with overwhelming double windows that overlook the master bedroom and lead to the terrace as well as the pool. An interior corridor with a staircase leads to the second floor where the guest room is located with a view of the olive and citrus orchard.

The dialogue and synergy that the design of this house radiates are what make it a great investment opportunity, whether to create a home full of creativity, create your own vineyard or turn it into a guest house with the potential to become the most beautiful in San Miguel.
