The NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER you can't miss if you want to start off in total delight!

It was a pleasant surprise when the Local Guide team, led by its founder Myrna Camacho and its content creation collaborator Pablo Velasco, received an invitation to exclusively taste the menu that Aperi is prepared to welcome 2023 as the magnificent year it is destined to be.

This menu conceived by the expert hands of Chef Alejandro Vega It consists of 3 courses that seek to take you on a culinary journey using, as it could not be otherwise, the exquisite local ingredients of our lands. 

Considered one of the top restaurants in all of Mexico, Aperi shines on this occasion with an exquisite menu:

CENA DE AÑO NUEVO

Entrance- Roasted pear salad, feta cheese, mixed green leaves. 

Main course – Aged rib eye, onion and horseradish puree and arugula salad or 

Striped bass, mousseline sauce, pickled shallot and samphire. 

Dessert - Lemon panna cotta, yogurt gelato. 

All this with a glass of champagne and obviously with the 12 grapes representing the purpose of each month of the coming year, which when starting it with such a delicious delicacy, there is no way it can go wrong!

Personally, Myrna's Achilles heel at dinner was the beef, which she enjoyed with great joy since they usually serve pork, to which she is allergic.  

For Pablo, who has a predilection for more balanced sweet flavors, he could not help but be surprised by the subtlety of the dessert's flavors, which never fell into the cloying and had an aftertaste with acidic notes. 

Likewise, the accompaniment of the meat with the onion puree was a winning combination that cannot be praised enough for the dish.
