This class is a set sequence of postures TAUGHT on
Friday mornings
to prepare you to practice without instruction.
The teacher leads the class no verbal cues
and the students follow along.
The music is vibrational and allows you
to get out of your head and follow your heart
as you practice familiar postures.
Get ready to fly and trust your inner teacher
in this 1 hour class on Saturdays.
