Our session includes different instruments, from different cultures, that will transport you on a sound journey, guided by positive, sweet and nutritious frequencies.✨

From the native song that connects with the deepest part of your being, to the percussions that invite you to dance with the rhythm of life, while the flutes evoke ancient melodies and the healing quartz bowls envelop you in their harmony…

Requirements per person – a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and glass to drink water.
The activity is done barefoot and with comfortable clothing.
