Join us for a fun and playful yoga class designed especially for children!
Through simple postures, breathing, and storytelling,
Kids will learn focus, balance, and relaxation in a safe and joyful environment.
Each participant also receives a signed copy of Dino Does Yoga
by the author Sofie Engstrom von Alten who will guide these 4 sessions.
