creation, and perhaps the subsequent commercialization of our works, but what never crosses our minds is that when undertaking a project, the best way to protect what we love is through legal 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#039;s when Myrna and Aid\u00e9 got to work, and through an exhaustive and meticulous process, today all the content of Local Guide, such as texts, illustrations, and photographs, is properly registered and protected under copyright law and the Mexican Institute of Intellectual Property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since many entrepreneurs and creatives spend a lot of their lives creating their brand, their identity and their use of colors only to later discover that it was already registered and they have to start all over criteria are met they proceed to the registration process which usually takes approximately 4 or 5 months until the Official Certificate is obtained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of Aid\u00e9&#039;s success stories in San Miguel was when a client registered her food business and shortly afterwards many restaurants and projects emerged with a similar or almost identical name, so they had to be asked to
