We all have those places where we were happy that no longer exist, and San Miguel is no exception\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether it's that restaurant we loved or that place that gave us enormous moments of fun in childhood and that now only remain in our memories, at Local Guide we opted to make a nostalgia guide to remember and relive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The good Limerick<\/strong> It was a dive bar where you'd go to dance until dawn with electronic music and live music everywhere, but unfortunately it closed due to safety issues, which doesn't take away from the fact that it gave many of the locals great nights to remember.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cinema Santa Ana<\/strong> Just steps from Jard\u00edn is a beautiful theater and screening venue with 95 seats that used to be very popular but now only opens its doors to the public on special occasions such as screenings of selected film material by GIFF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Black Cat Cantina<\/strong> It provided many hours of fun and mezcal to those groups of friends or solitary drinkers who liked to go out at night to a great place and be welcomed by its typical cantina doors with two black cats painted to give them a warm and fun welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One that hurts us was Agundis Pharmacy<\/strong> which was one of the first three pharmacies that existed in our town but which has now been transformed into Cava Sautto where they continue to serve the population but now with a different type of medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most symbolic lodging sites in San Miguel, Pink House Hotel<\/strong>, It closed its doors despite the affection of the people, although for that reason it will always endure as one of the places with the best service and attention to its guests. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Gardenia Ice Cream Shop<\/strong> It was a delightful ice cream and popsicle shop in San Miguel, located in Portal Guadalupe, where they offered delicious homemade ice cream, refreshing drinks, and popsicles to beat the heat. Unfortunately, they closed their doors a couple of years ago, and now a clothing and Mexican crafts store occupies the space. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
