For this occasion the Cocktail Enthusiast Erick Andrew<\/a> shared with us by the hand of Atzintli Bar<\/a> his own interpretation of the Highball with the main ingredient Mata de Monte, called an authentic \u201cmezcal wine\u201d or the traditional Salmiana agave distilled with low alcohol levels and both light and refreshing notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another highlight of this drink is that it comes from the Atzintli bar, whose philosophy is to pay homage to Mexican spirits, specifically those from Guanajuato, thus highlighting the local ingredients of our region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-60 mls of Mata de Monte
-60 mls. of Santa Maria and Calendula Tea
-15 mls. of elderberry liqueur
-15 mls. Organic honey
-Dos B\u00fahos Sparkling Wine Top<\/p>\n\n\n\n
