We decided to create our \u201csacred\u201d days of Lent<\/a> based on different types of individual personalities so that we can all do the activity that most pleases us according to our preferences and thus honor these sacred days by honoring ourselves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We begin our first recommendation by focusing on that group that suffers from Stendhal Syndrome every time they glimpse a work of art that connects with them and can't help but marvel at such a sensory spectacle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For art lovers, we highly recommend visiting F\u00e1brica la Aurora, which was once a textile factory and now stands as a sanctuary for the city's most prominent artists. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among our favorites is the Manuk Gallery, with an outstanding collection of sculptures depicting human body parts, as well as paintings that directly reference nature and architectural elements that are striking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also within La Aurora is the Workshop of Filippo Giusti<\/a> who never ceases to captivate us with his extraordinary portraits that have the particularity of portraying the colors of the aura or essence of the subjects, thus generating a hypnotizing visual effect. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leaving the Factory, we have the Yam Gallery proposal where you can currently find the disruptive and fun proposal of Taquito Jocoque with her collection "Cosecha" where we can take a look at the fruits of the illustrator's artistic creations of the last couple of years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another of the strong names in contemporary art in San Miguel is the Nudo Gallery, which focuses on art from our country as well as the Philippines. Currently on display are photographs by Mark Singer and his portraits of iconic figures from New York in the 1980s, such as Basquiat, Andy Warhol, and Keith Haring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking back at the traditional, a visit to Bellas Artes with its incredible murals is a must. If this is the type of art you're passionate about, there's also the Urban Mural Tour in the Guadalupe neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
