From the start, its philosophy and values are implicit in its concept: To Apapachar is to embrace the soul, to seek the well-being of those who are important to them, in this case, their guests. There are many spaces that we consider favorites for the atmosphere they create and how they have made us feel. Another of our favorite spots is the rooftop. The peace and quiet here is unmatched and one advantage is that you don't have to be staying there to visit it: you can come for breakfast or in the late afternoon to enjoy some drinks with the wonderful view of the sunset. Precisely on the rooftop is where you can discover K\u00f4uy\u012bn, the new Asian Eatery by Chef Marcela Bola\u00f1o, also known for the fantastic Marsala, which has become a hit with many restaurants. <\/span>must<\/span><\/i> of Saint Michael.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

K\u00f4uy\u012bn was born as an idea during a trip that Chef Marcela Bola\u00f1o and her partner and business associate Ximena Campomanes made through different Asian countries. The vibrant encounter with the textures, colors and flavors from the other side of the world awakened their curiosity and desire to explore their own Asian menu, which after months of effort and preparation resulted in this new restaurant that reinterprets Asian cuisine as it had never been tried before in San Miguel. Our recommendation is that you stop by on Thursdays starting at 6 pm, which is when local superstar DJ Martha does her thing every week with a selection of music that will make you forget about the stress of routine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
