The fungus<\/a> or in English Mushroom are those wonderful beings that share the Earth with us and that we still do not fully understand but for which we have a deep respect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And for gastronomic or spiritual purposes they have proven to be fascinating microcosms that continue to expand through the most beautiful forests.

It is also well known that October is its harvesting season as well as Septhongo (September) so the friends of Symbiosis Boutique<\/a> They continue to spread the love for the Fungi Kingdom with fascinating hiking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This walk will consist of two modalities, the first will be a hike with mushroom picking, while the second will involve all of the above in addition to a meal prepared in the forest by expert chefs in fungi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The walk will be led by mycologist Arif Towns Alonso, who with his expert steps will guide the collection of multiple families of mushrooms that never cease to amaze us with their benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

September started with this dynamic and the next edition will take place on the 15th of the same month on this mountain getaway and as proof of how life changing it was, we want to share with you the fact that on their last hike they walked 10 kms discovering a total of 32 different species, most of which were edible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
