To honor the pure drink of the gods from the agave plant from the states of Jalisco, Guanajuato, Nayarit and Tamaulipas, we propose spending a pleasant time in one of the projects that brings the most pride to our people: the imposing Casa Dragones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded by the First Maestra Tequilera, Bertha Gonz\u00e1lez Nieves, in partnership with Robert Pittman, House of Dragons<\/a> It takes its name from the Dragons of San Miguel who were the elite cavalry that represented the interests of the Queen of Spain and who partially led the Independence of Mexico by being a cavalry led by Ignacio Allende. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some time later, the tequila made from 100% blue agave with a special flavor and ideal for pairing, caught the attention, putting the project in the sights of all connoisseurs, carefully characterizing its process in which they focus on making "one bottle at a time."<\/p>\n\n\n\n

San Miguel de Allende being its spiritual home, we invite our readers to taste this delicious distillate on a tour of its impressive facilities, as they have a surprising reserve of the highest quality in its Casa Dragones Tasting Room located at Doce 18.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This small but emblematic site has been called the smallest tequila bar in the world, with the addition of 4,000 obsidian tiles, an emblematic pre-Hispanic stone that represents our identity and is abundant in agave fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests will be able to sample the 4 existing styles of Tequila in their beautiful, newly remodeled obsidian bar paired with small snacks. The selection consists of the following: Casa Dragones Joven, Blanco, Barril A\u00f1ejo and their most recent addition, the Reposado Mizunara made in barrels of Japanese origin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to tasting this exquisite tequila, visitors will be able to indulge their vision with an invitation to the renovated and restored Casona de Casa Dragones in front of the architecture and design of the residence whose construction dates back to 1671 and whose style is based on the Mexican Baj\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It should be noted that while the Tasting Room at Doce 18 is always open to the public, this is not the case with Casa Dragones located at Recreo #16 col. Centro for which it is essential to make a reservation through its packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
