Located in the showy Amatte Hotel<\/a> Whose architecture is based on the Japanese concept of Wabi-Sabi (the worship of imperfection in details and creating something beautiful from it), this cocktail bar never ceases to surprise us with its creations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this occasion exclusively for Local Guide, mixologist Evelyn introduces us to \u201cAgricultural<\/strong>"A drink that, as its name indicates, is inspired by agricultural products such as rice and corn, resulting in a powerful drink.

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 22.5 ml. of Orgeat seeds with Pox
\u2013 15 ml. of sherry
\u2013 22.5 ml. of Mexican corn whiskey
\u2013 22.5 ml. of Sake
\u2013 Ice Crush
\u2013 Fried rice paper 
\u2013 Yellow lemon zest<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can clearly see that the country flavors it brings out come from the famous Mexican corn whiskey that has not stopped traveling around the world, as well as the Pox seeds from the corn native to Chiapas or that wink it makes with its garnish with the fried rice leaf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aruma's authentic exploration can be clearly seen in each of the drinks that the bar offers as well as its interior design, which features a dark atmosphere with warm lights, offering a warm welcome to all those thirsty for quality drinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
