A fusion of boleros and rock"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">By: Fernanda Morales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The charm of walking through the streets of <a href=\"https:\/\/localguide.mx\/en\/local-soundtrack-11-laureano-brizuela-el-angel-del-rock\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"15803\">San Miguel de Allende<\/a> is that when passing by any establishment in the center, you will always hear local musicians shine with their melodies and the talented San Miguel residents are the ones who give magic to the beautiful Heritage City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Such is the case of the band \u00ab\u00bfY nacho?\u00bb who play every Wednesday at the Choper\u00eda and their performances can be heard from Canal Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/localguide.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Y-nacho.png\" alt=\"LOCAL SOUNDTRACK 12 y nacho m\u00fasica san miguel\" class=\"wp-image-16363\" width=\"902\" height=\"674\" srcset=\"https:\/\/localguide.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Y-nacho.png 867w, https:\/\/localguide.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Y-nacho-300x224.png 300w, https:\/\/localguide.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Y-nacho-768x574.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 902px) 100vw, 902px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The band is made up of Uriel on guitar, Andr\u00e9s on percussion and \u00c1ngel Zamuri who gives voice to \u00ab\u00bfY nacho?\u00bb. Three boys who by chance met and today share the same passion: music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The name of the band \u201cY nacho?\u201d is inspired by a historical figure that gives the city its name, Ignacio Allende. Angel, the vocalist, says that during his high school years he had many questions about this character:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abI really like the history of my city, especially that of Generalissimo Don Ignacio Allende, and I started to ask myself, along with my friends, why are there Benito Ju\u00e1rez bills? Why is there a state of Hidalgo, of Morelos? And where is Ignacio Allende? For us, he is someone very important, so the band is called \u00abAnd Nacho?\u00bb with a question mark asking, Where is Nacho?\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/localguide.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/y-nacho-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16364\" width=\"907\" height=\"1212\" srcset=\"https:\/\/localguide.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/y-nacho-3.png 690w, https:\/\/localguide.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/y-nacho-3-225x300.png 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 907px) 100vw, 907px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The band started in May of last year by chance. A space where \u00c1ngel worked opened up. He invited musicians and Uriel came to the call with his acoustic guitar. At the first performance, they both met Andr\u00e9s and without hesitation, he joined the band.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They started playing and they are getting better and better at it, adding rhythms and characteristics that make the project a unique group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abThe language of music is universal and allows us to share everything we know\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>If you go to hear them live, you will find an acoustic show, as well as a cozy stage with warm lights, which will make you spend a moment of romanticism and nostalgia. \u00ab\u00bfY nacho?\u00bb is a fusion of Trova, boleros and rock; the musicians have managed to impregnate each classic they perform with their style. Can you imagine listening to \u00abSabor a m\u00ed\u00bb with a rock essence?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/localguide.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/y-nacho-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16365\" width=\"903\" height=\"1291\" srcset=\"https:\/\/localguide.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/y-nacho-4.png 645w, https:\/\/localguide.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/y-nacho-4-210x300.png 210w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 903px) 100vw, 903px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In every creative process, artists take inspiration from other artists, collecting very characteristic elements. In this case, the band has been inspired by greats such as Radiohead, Los Panchos and Jos\u00e9 Jos\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At each performance, the audience is captivated by their music and the boys make more than one person sing along.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abWe often play in restaurants and there are people who arrive in a bad mood, who have had a long trip and many factors that sometimes make us resentful of everything around us; but we observe the people and try to encourage them with the music we play, to sing along and participate with us.\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>If you fancy listening to \u00ab\u00bfY nacho\u00bb you can find them every Wednesday at the Choper\u00eda starting at 7:30 in the evening; occasionally they play in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pulquerialaotomi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pulqueria La Otomi<\/a>, but if you don&#039;t want to lose track of them, follow them on their social networks!
