Capture the essence of nature through the portal of Adriana<\/a> It may seem like a simple thing when you see him execute the chiseling with such prowess. But such mastery would only be achieved by combining being blessed with a natural talent for painting and arduous studies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During her youth, the artist chose to pursue a career in Graphic Design, considering it an artistic career that would allow her to internalize the basics of color and its rules, as well as different painting techniques. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These same studies allowed him to spend 6 months in Florence, an experience that would change his life. What other place could be more inspiring than one where art enters your pores from every corner?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was at Lorenzo de Medici's school that, before rushing into the spectacular technique of oil painting, he learned to draw with pencil and charcoal until he mastered the technique with live nude models. Once students master this elusive art, they have the right to move on to other methods and to have models with clothes and more scenery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is vitally important to learn to trace the lines of the human body and capture the expression of our faces in order to advance in an ideal artistic program. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In contrast, at the Academy of San Carlos, the focus seemed to be less on mastery of technique than on understanding artistic movements such as Impressionism or Expressionism, commissioning its students to paint famous paintings such as the work of Van Gogh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this way, Adriana<\/a> could approach the original artist's intention when creating such sublime pieces as well as generate empathy for those creators that words were not enough to describe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the recurring themes in Urquiza's creative spirit is the reflection of nature, where he sometimes chooses to portray roosters. These fierce and warlike birds seem beautiful to him given their range of colors, freedom and multiple movements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Observing Adriana's work is equivalent to delving into the 5 decades of mastery she has of her vision and the combination she has been able to learn both in Mexico and Italy and the use of the beautiful, dreamlike range of colors she usually uses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
