Millesime GNP Weekend Returns to San Miguel with a Feast

After a resounding success, Millesime GNP Weekend It returns to one of its most beloved cities from May 21 to 24 in an event that will be a gastronomic catwalk in which some of the best Chefs will parade, acting as designers and their dishes as their new Seasonal Collection.

Millesime Festín San Miguel

More than 3,000 high-profile attendees are expected at the grand culinary event, which will once again be held in the green areas of the Rosewood Hotel.

This year's edition features three chefs, each holding the highest Michelin star award in their respective restaurants: Pepe Solla of Casa Solla in Pontevedra, Jassimran Singh of Crown Shy in NY, and Juanlu Fernández of Lú in Jerez.

As for proudly national talent, there is Chef Pepe Salinas from Balcón del Zócalo whose nonconformist and playful character has allowed him to create fun dishes such as "Tlaxcala sí existe" which consists of bean tamale with red corn, turkey, wild mushrooms and brick mole and who will have the honor of accompanying such notable figures in the kitchen.

In the larger area of Millesime, where there are many spaces full of food and innovative proposals in its 1,500 square meter facility, food lovers can go to taste new proposals that will blow their taste buds away.

We invite all our readers to attend this grand event, and all those who wish to continue supporting such valuable proposals that make San Miguel continue to become a gastronomic destination par excellence.
