A group of up to 8 dazzling charros are led by Don Leonardo Tovar who, under his violin, leads this band of mariachis who sing typical Mexican songs at the top of their lungs.

Being located in San Miguel, they have a playlist of songs that locals love such as:
- San Miguelito
- The Sound of the Black Girl
- The Morning Songs
On the other hand, other types of songs are those that foreigners often ask for, such as
- Sweet little heaven
- Those Green Eyes
The tradition of the Group of “Mariachis Camperos"It emerged 25 years ago when Don Leonardo lived in Mexico City and used to work in Plaza Garibaldi in places like Tenampa where one could stay up until the early hours of the morning entertained by the songs of our lands and, why not, with some good tequilas.
It would be some time later when Mr. Tovar's children and grandchildren grew up that they would form their family mariachi group and move to the peaceful lands of Saint Michael wanting to have exposure to an international audience as well.

Don Tovar usually plays his violin with a lot of feeling because he knows that it is an instrument that deserves the utmost respect and that the passion he puts into manipulating the instrument and generating notes will be a feeling that his client will undoubtedly feel.
Since he was a child, his love for Mexican music has only grown to the point where he shares this passion with his family members while still respecting other genres such as the novelty of corridos tumbados.

His great talent and legendary figure have led him and his Camperos to collaborate on music videos with artists of the stature of Pablo Montero.
So if you want a beautiful and cheerful serenade for that girl who drives you crazy or simply celebrate a fun party with family and friends, you just have to go in front of La Parroquia in Jardín Principal to find The Campers.
