The world, more than ever, needs acts of prayer as well as symbolic representations that represent the Christian faith to exalt traditions and generate an awakening of consciousness that activates the action of love towards others.
Showing that Christ did not die in vain for our sins and that we are still capable of showing kindness to our brothers is what all these traditions that are so deeply lived in Saint Michael.
That is why we mark the significant days of this religious tradition so you don't miss any of these profound spiritual events:

Friday 22nd or Friday of Sorrows
Starting at approximately 6 a.m., houses and businesses open their doors to the public 24 hours a day.

Palm Sunday
10:30 am is the blessing and procession of palms, leaving from Benito Juárez Park.

Wednesday 27th
Procession of the Lord of the Coup at 5 pm leaving the oratory then in the atrium of the parish at 6 pm representation and procession of the arrest of Jesus

Holy Thursday
The visit to the 7 houses places that are recommended to visit are: Parish of San Miguel Arcángel, Holy School, San Francisco, El Calvario, La Salud, Oratory, San Francisco, Santa Ana and Las Monjas.

Good Friday
Arrival of the Cross of Father Alfaro who comes from Atotonilco and arrives at the holy school between 7 and 8 in the morning to give the rosary and procession around the temple of San Juan de Dios with the lord of the column at 10 *11:00 representation of the sentence in the temple of the holy school and at the end procession of the holy encounter to leave for the Holy Burial leaving the temple of the oratory at 5 in the afternoon.
*After several years, darkness falls again at the San Francisco temple at 9 p.m.

Easter Sunday
At 12 noon is the traditional burning of Judas.
